Yes. Our products are light and portable.

BREO has physical stores in the following countries/regions: South Korea (30), Hong Kong (5), Thailand (3), Malaysia (3), Indonesia (1), Mainland China (100+). BREO is also available on Amazon (although they are sold here at a slight discount).



Delivery Questions

  • Can Breo be shipped to my country?

We currently ship to Japan and Europe, including the UK. However, we plan to offer more shipping options later, so that you can enjoy BREO's products no matter wherever you are.

  • How long will the delivery take?

Processing Time after order received: 2-3 days;

Europe:arrives in 15-20 days after parcel ships out

Japan:arrives in 3-5 days after parcel ships out

However, you may need to wait for several extra days due to coronavirus.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that allows you to track your package.

You may also track your package and find order history by clicking the "Track Order" icon at the end of our page or by logging into your breo.com account using your email address and password. There you can check order status and track shipping simply by clicking on an Order Number.

  • I provided the wrong address on my order, what do I do now?

Please contact customer service email support-eu@breo.com.cn as soon as possible, and we will correct the address for you.

  • What forms of payment are accepted to purchase a Breo massager?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and JCB. Later, we will develop more payment channels.

  • Is there a warranty?

Yes, the warranty period of most of our products is one year.

  • Do you accept returns?

Yes, you can return the goods within 14 days after you receive them.

  • What if I want to cancel the order?

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. Please note that any packaged or shipped order cannot be modified or canceled.

  • What if my product is damaged?

Please check the package when the goods arrive. If any damage is found, please indicate it when you sign for it. If your goods are damaged, please send the photos to the customer service email support-eu@breo.com.cn, and we will handle them immediately.
